Do I understand your industry?

I do not focus on a particular industry.

What I offer is experience writing persuasive, clear and easy to understand copy. Only facing a wide variety of communication challenges in a diverse range of industries develops these skills.

If you want someone to build your product, I am the wrong person for the job. If you want someone to communicate to people, move people, and get the results you need then I'm the right fit for you.

Do I understand your audience?

I do not focus on one particular audience. I understand that each audience has a unique profile and often times the reasons why they buy your product or use your services are more subtle and illusive than even you may realize. That's where I can help.

What do I charge?

The short answer --- it depends.

It depends on the volume and complexity of the work. Generally the smaller the client, the lower the charge because there is less bureaucracy and there may not be as many people involved. But I almost invariably charge less than big firms.

To get better results requires a fair amount of time, perseverance, skill and perhaps most importantly a great deal of empathy for different types of people and how they think.

It also requires experience and knowledge of what works and what doesn't work in direct marketing and for different people in the marketplace.

But if you are willing to make the investment, writing better copy and developing stronger creative means a better return on every penny you spend.

In short it means improvements that are both immediate – and lasting.
